Once you send us your CV, we discuss your potential, trying to imagine our cooperation.
We are sending you a test assignment, you have approximately 3 days to complete it and send it back to us. This stage assesses your level of technical skills.
If you pass the test assignment, you are invited to our office for a technical interview. Depending on the position, you may have the conversation with a scrum master, Python developer, data scientist or bioinformatician. If you are far away from Cracow - don’t worry! We will arrange an online meeting.
This step is to clarify your role. Based on the information gathered from previous stages, now we can discuss the best opportunities and proper way to grow and work together. This is the stage to talk about formal things and finalize contract conditions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial person to join our services team as a Group Leader in Bioinformatics. This opportunity is well suited for those that can accomplish defined work, as well as assist in approaching and solving complex scientific problems. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the generation, production and characterization of existing/novel tools and products. The ideal candidate will be able to complement independent bioinformatics analysis with molecular biology knowledge and assist in the development of our broader research goals. This individual must be able to communicate effectively in formal and informal settings and be able to work well within a team. Candidates should have prior computational experience and be competent at basic molecular biology techniques and routine genomic workflows.
