As a Finance Business Partner, you will be providing the Management Board with valuable financial reports and insight into the business to support operational and strategic decision making.

Your role will be to oversee the financial operations and deliver accurate forecast and budget information. You combine both solid financial knowledge and advisory skills. You act as a sparring partner for the organization regarding financial questions. 

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Providing leadership to the financial areas of the organization
  • Close cooperation with Executive Directors (various Business Units)
  • Supervising and monitoring cooperation with outsourced Accountancy and Payroll Departments
  • Actively supporting budget owners by delivering financial support in budgeting and performance management processes 
  • Cash flow management
  • Delivering cost control across the organization, analyzing future risks and opportunities vs. budget
  • Monitoring monthly financial performance vs. targets  
  • Investigating and reporting significant budgetary variances, identifying the action that needs to be taken
  • Producing regular and ad hoc financial statements, analysis and reports to support decision- making process  
  • Providing financial guidance and training to the team when needed
  • Producing investment appraisal analysis to strategic projects
  • Collecting data from multiple sources, working with Excel databases
  • Acting as a trusted partner for Executive Directors, proactively supporting or challenging the decision- making process 
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in accountancy or finance in fast-paced customer focused environment
  • MSc of study with preferences of Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy or related fields
  • Proven management skills
  • Strong analytical and accounting/numbers skills
  • Hands-on experience with Excel operations
  • Close attention to detail and application of policies, procedures
  • Advanced English
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively and partner with senior stakeholders
