About the Workshop
During the course participants will become familiar with Agile and project management and software development practices and tools useful in bioinformatics. Every day will be composed of half-day of lectures followed by half-day of practical exercises.

Audience
This course is aimed at motivated BSc students and young researchers from academic Institutions with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Computing, and/or Biology who are involved in bioinformatics and genome analyses projects. This course is intense; therefore active participation is expected from the students.
