Joanna is a scientist with over a decade of practical experience in immunology and molecular biology, distinguished by her extensive expertise in research and project management. Her academic journey began with an MSc. in Applied Biotechnology from the University of Agriculture in Krakow, which provided a solid foundation for her subsequent doctoral studies. She earned her PhD from the Jagiellonian University. She conducted research at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. Her research, documented in numerous scientific publications, has focused on complex issues in immunology, neuroimmunology, and cancer therapy.

Since November 2021, as a Senior Scientist Immunologist at Ardigen S.A., she has seamlessly integrated her deep scientific knowledge with her project management skills. Her quality-oriented style of work ensures that every aspect of the team’s work is meticulous and precise. As a certified Scrum Master, she effectively supports a team of bioinformaticians and data science specialists, ensuring smooth processes and efficient collaboration.
