Ardigen is seeking an experienced and energetic Alliance Manager to be a key customer interface for Life Sciences with a focus on Immuno-oncology. Candidates must have experience in selling specialised services and/or products and selling to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.

The successful candidate will have experience in B2B Sales and Marketing activities in a Life Sciences / Biotechnology space. This role will be a blend of key account management and strategic business development, so the candidate must be able to demonstrate achievements in both areas.

As an Alliance Manager, you will play a highly exposed role by driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption by establishing and growing business and relationships while managing the day-to-day partner interactions.

You will contribute to developing solutions for Clients in the Life Science industry by providing constant feedback from the market regarding Ardigen’s products and strategy.

You will serve as one of the key members of the Ardigen’s R&D team, helping to define and deliver the overall go-to-market strategy for the segment of in silico solutions for immunology and immuno-oncology. Additionally, you will be maintaining and growing the existing client relationships through focused account management and retention activities over the Internet calls, telephone calls, and face-to-face meetings.

Key duties and responsibilities
  • Proactive new business generation with a focus on pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as other key industry stakeholders worldwide
  • Managing existing relationships for growth through valued account management and up-selling new solutions
  • Maintaining a robust pipeline for future accounts generation by sourcing new prospects
  • Collaborating with the development team on shaping the offer
  • Engaging and communicating effectively with senior (often C-level) decision makers
  • Accurately maintaining and developing our prospect/client database
  • Collaborating with other commercial teams to maximise opportunities from prospects and existing clients
  • Developing a high level of knowledge across a broad range of company products and services
  • Attending world-class conferences and events with the aim of developing new business and supporting existing clients
Requirements
  • Life Science related degree. Master’s degree is required, PhD is a plus
  • Knowledge of bioinformatics and molecular biology
  • Knowledge of immunology or immuno-oncology is nice to have
  • Basic level knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence / Data Science is nice to have
  • Fluent English – verbal and written, at least the C1 level
  • Sales experience in the Pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector is required, which must include proactive new business generation
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in presenting to senior decision makers in the Pharma/Biotech sector
  • High personal standards and positive personality
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills
  • A motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target driven environment
  • Passionate about Life Sciences and results/goal-driven
  • A self-starter with a track record of success ideally in and out of the workplace
  • Sandler Selling System experience is nice to have.
