Job description:
  • Designing and applying bioinformatics data analysis tools to challenges in Life Science
  • Working closely with the US and EU based customers to improve their cutting edge R&D solutions
  • Example projects include implementation of new algorithms in R/Python for experimental datasets or building custom analysis pipelines
Requirements:
  • PhD or MSc degree (might be the final year of Master’s program) in bioinformatics, computer science/programming
  • Knowledge of NGS data analysis (DE, Chip-Seq, RIP-Seq, CNV, SNP, assembly), bioinformatics sequence analysis methods
  • Fluent in Python or R
You get extra points for:
  • Knowledge of microbiome analysis methods
  • Knowledge of the newest findings in immunotherapy
  • Knowledge of the 3rd and 4th generation sequencing methods (PacBio, Nanopore)
  • Hands-on experience with projects in Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data, Data Mining
