Job description

• Driving and leading the end-to-end delivery of the recruitment processes mainly for Life science and IT positions
• Proactively identifying extraordinary talents for niche roles using both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques
• Delivering high-quality candidates and meeting hiring goals
• Ensuring first-class candidate experience
• Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers 
• Investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
• Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs
• Supporting employer branding activities
• Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in recruitment 
• Master’s degree in human resources, sociology, psychology or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates
•  Excellent English both written and spoken 
• Excellent organizational skills
• Positive approach and motivation to work
• Knowledge and experience of using social networking tools for recruitment (experience with LinkedIn, Boolean and X-Ray Search)
• Background in Life Science or IT is most welcome
