Job description

• We would like you to be our  R&D team member providing insights and expanding company’s understanding of immuno-oncology landscape based on staying up to date with top scientific literature
• Planning and overseeing experiments aiming at TCR  discovery and characterisation 
• Planning and executing analyses of pre-clinical and clinical molecular profiling data enabling biomarker discovery and clinical testing strategy design
• Preparing presentations, posters, scientific publications, and documentation for clear communication to collaborators, management
• Participation and presenting at international conferences

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, cell biology, Molecular biology, molecular diagnostics or a closely-related field
• 3+ years of postdoctoral experience in wet lab immunology/ molecular biology
• Profound understanding of T cell biology and the regulation of T cell functions by the tumor microenvironment, with proven track record in leading the efforts to understand the mechanism of action of engineered T cells and improve the function of T cells
• In depth knowledge of T cell immunology, including laboratory techniques related to assessment of T cell function and specificity
• Track record of peer reviewed publications in immunology/ oncology
• Proficiency and/or familiarity with immunoassays such as flow cytometry, ELISA, ELISpot, Luminex, molecular methods: DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, NGS sequencing, cell culture, retroviral and lentiviral transduction systems, TCR sequencing
• Experience with analyzing innate and adaptive immunity in animal modelsKnowledge of cancer biology and the interaction between cancer and the  immune system
• Knowledge of cancer immunotherapiesExperience in experiment design and results interpretation
• Excellent English proficiency
