Nasim Jamali, PhD is a scientist, product leader, and mentor with expertise in morphological profiling, microscopy imaging, and bioimage analysis. She is Director of Morphological Profiling at Ardigen, where she leads product strategy for the phenAID platform, applying AI models to multimodal data to accelerate discovery. Her previous work spans an innovative biotech company, the Broad Institute, and Mount Sinai, with contributions to the JUMP-Cell Painting Consortium and the open-source imaging community through COBA. Nasim earned her PhD at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she investigated the role of vitamin D in retinopathy of prematurity. She currently serves as President of the Society for Biomolecular Imaging and Informatics (SBI²) and co-founded WiSolve Consulting Group.
