Recruitment process

We are constantly growing and looking for more people who are passionate about innovations in the Life Science environment. If you are willing to improve yourself in a close-knit, agile, stable and constantly growing company and want to have a strong impact in fight against cancer and how your workplace operates and looks – join us! The recruitment process is composed of 4 steps:

1 CV

Once you send us your CV, we discuss your potential, trying to imagine our cooperation.

2 Case

We are sending you a test assignment, you have approximately 3 days to complete it and send it back to us. This stage assesses your level of technical skills.

3 Technical interview

If you pass the test assignment, you are invited to our office for a technical interview. Depending on the position, you may have the conversation with a scrum master, Python developer, data scientist or bioinformatician. If you are far away from Cracow - don’t worry! We will arrange an online meeting.

4
4 Interview with a Member of the Board

This step is to clarify your role. Based on the information gathered from previous stages, now we can discuss the best opportunities and proper way to grow and work together. This is the stage to talk about formal things and finalize contract conditions.
