15th of March 2018, on the University of Warsaw our Director of Bioinformatics, Piotr Stępniak will have a talk on „Bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence in the fight against cancer”. He will present how Ardigen develops bioinformatics and Artificial Intelligence methods to broaden the understanding of cancer and use that knowledge to advance PrecisionMedicine.
During the talk, he will focus on how Ardigen’s team of researchers took 2nd place in the prestigious NCI-CPTAC DREAM-Proteogenomics Challenge (Subchallenge 3) and how modeling the interaction of cancer cells with the immune system can increase the effectiveness of immunotherapies in oncology.
