Turning bioinformatics concepts into production engines through GPU acceleration

Is your groundbreaking research trapped by sluggish, inefficient bioinformatics workflows?

In the race for new therapies, data is king. Yet, many biotech and pharma organizations find their progress stalled and budgets drained by computational bottlenecks, paying a premium for underperforming infrastructure. Prototypes that show immense promise on small datasets often crumble when faced with real-world data volumes, leading to costly delays and missed opportunities.

This webinar is tailored for visionary leaders and technical teams ready to break free from these limitations.

Discover how to transition from costly, time-consuming bioinformatics prototypes to streamlined, production-grade workflows optimized for speed, scale, and over 60% of cost savings. Including recent advances in GPU acceleration of biomedical data processing.

Learn from real-world biotech implementations and gain technical insights from Ardigen and NVIDIA experts. It’s time to stop overpaying and start accelerating your discovery pipeline.

What you’ll learn:

  • Identify & avoid critical roadblocks: Learn to recognize common pitfalls in large-scale data projects to improve project success rates.
  • Explore powerful acceleration technologies: Get insights into leading hardware acceleration options (FPGA, GPU) for demanding bioinformatics analyses.
  • Streamline your path to production: Discover practical strategies for efficiently moving bioinformatics prototypes to robust, production-ready pipelines.
  • See real-world performance gains: Understand how optimized approaches can lead to significant cost savings and faster turnaround times through concrete examples.
