Maciej Jasiński, PhD
Director of Biologics
Maciej is a scientist and strategic leader specializing in AI-driven biologics discovery. He brings more than 15 years of academic and industry experience in machine learning, structural bioinformatics, and computational biology. Currently, he is Ardigen’s Director of Biologics, where he defines product strategy, leads cross-functional teams, and collaborates with biotech and pharma partners worldwide.
Maciej earned his PhD in Physics from the University of Warsaw, with research spanning molecular modeling of nucleic acid analogues and ribosomal fragments. He continued as a postdoctoral researcher at Michigan State University and later at the University of Warsaw, working on projects in protein–ligand interactions, chromosomal organization, and molecular simulations.
At Ardigen, he co-developed ARDisplay, a deep learning model for predicting peptide presentation by HLA that significantly outperforms established tools, and ARDiTox, a tool for off-target toxicity prediction in pHLA-targeted therapeutics. He also spearheaded a commercially successful platform for de novo peptide and protein binder design, leading to experimentally validated hits ranked among the top predictions.
Beyond research, Maciej is an award-winning science communicator, recognized as the winner of FameLab Poland. He has delivered invited talks at Polish academic institutions and regularly translates complex scientific concepts into accessible insights for executives, clients, and broader audiences.
